I’m a research scientist at IBM's Smarter Cities Technology Centre in Dublin, Ireland. My interests are in numerical modeling, optimization, and predictive analytics for water related processes.

I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a masters degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering also from UT, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. My graduate work examined hydraulics, hydrology and water quality in the urban environment. Before graduate school, I worked on the design and analysis of water distribution systems and man-made wetlands. I am a registered professional engineer and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Geophysical Union.
