I work at the Machine Learning for Healthcare and Life Sciences group, on projects in genomic medicine, clinical decision support, and healthcare policy. In these projects we analyze a variety of data aiming to model disease and improve health management.
I received doctoral training at Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, during which I worked at Massachusetts General Hospital and Broad Institute. My research addressed the development of metabolic profiling (metabolomics) technologies and data analysis methods, which I used for studying human disorders of energy metabolism. I also trained in bioinformatics at Weizmann Institute of Science, where I worked on modeling olfactory information.
