I work as software engineer at IBM Research Lab, India. I joined IRL in August 2011 and I am part of IT optimization group. My research area includes data center management (performance and monitoring issues), sensor networks and virtualization management.
I completed my masters from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2011 advised by Prof. R. K. Ghosh. My thesis was on Adaptive Monitoring , a technique to monitor huge data centers for performance measurements efficiently. I completed my B. Tech from University of Pune in 2009. My B. Tech final year thesis was under Dr. Maitreya Natu to select probe stations in data centers to perform probing for performance management.
I am a recipient of the best paper award at the HiPC 2009 and HiPC 2010 and recipient of award for research project at University of Pune.
