I am a researcher in the Analytics and Optimization group at IBM Research -- India. My principal areas of interest are Complexity Theory, Combinatorics, and Approximation Algorithms. I completed a Ph.D. at Rutgers University in 2006 with Dr. Eric Allender, in the area of Complexity Theory.

At IBM Research, India, I have been working on workforce management problems. Such problems include, for instance, scheduling on interval graphs, with various other business specific constraints.
