I am a research staff member in the Health Analytics Research Group within the Center for Computational Health. I work on developing statistical models and robust, scalable probabilistic inference algorithms for explaining complex real-world data including, images, text, and noisy, high-dimensional health-care data. More details about my work can be found here.
Before joining IBM, I graduated from Brown with a Ph.D. in computer science. My dissertation focused on Bayesian nonparametric modeling of visual data. I also hold a masters in computer science from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Bachelors in engineering from the University of Mumbai.
