Anju joined the data analytics group at IBM Research in March, 2010 shortly after receiving his Ph.D. in from Indiana University. His current research focus is on the design of both algorithms and frameworks for massive-scale data and graph analytics, and machine learning on platforms such as Hadoop, X10, and MPI. He is the primary developer of PFunc, an open-source task parallel library for multi-core systems in C and C++. He has contributed to LAM/MPI, OpenMPI, Intel's Threading Building Blocks (TBB), and Cluster OpenMP. He is also a participant in the OpenMP C++ language committee.
