Outstanding Application Paper Award at ICAPS 2014    (up to IBM Research Computer Science Blog)

Akshat Kumar, Sudhanshu Singh, Pranav Gupta, and Gyana Parija of IBM Research - India and UMass Amherst recently recieved the Outstanding Application Paper award for their paper "Near-Optimal Nonmyopic Contact Center Planning Using Dual Decomposition" at the ICAPS 2014 Conference.
