Distinguished Paper at ECOOP 2014    (up to IBM Research Computer Science Blog)

Congratulations to Mandana VaziriOlivier TardieuRodric Rabbah, Philippe Suter, and Martin Hirzel for winning a distinguished paper award at ECOOP 2014 (European Conference on Object-Oriented Programming) for their paper "Stream Processing with a Spreadsheet".  The paper presents the design and implementation of an enhanced spreadsheet that enables visualizing live streams, live programming to compute new streams, and exporting computations to be run on a server where they can be shared with other users, and persisted beyond the life of the spreadsheet.
