Paul Maglio, IBM Research - Almaden, gave a keynote at the Sixth Annual Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems, Salerno, Italy, 10-12 September 2014.  The title of his talk was "A Service Science Perspective on Big Data and Business Model Evolution"
