IBM Researchers Hiroshi Horii, Miki Enoki and Tamiya Onodera have been recognized by the International Conference on Web-Age Information Management (WAIM) 2014 with the Best Paper Runner Up Award for their paper, "A Distributed Quorum System for Ensuring Bounded Staleness for Key-Value Stores".
