Both electronic structure and electron transport properties of CaMgCu metallic glasses have been studied by the measurements of the low temperature specific heat, the resistivity, the Hall effect and the thermopower in combination with band calculations. In spite of the appearance of the Ca d states near EF, the electron transport properties of all calcium-based metallic glasses studied exhibit characteristic features consistent with the generalized Faber-Ziman theory. © 1988.
