Embedded menus: Selecting items in context

Abstract

In many situations, embedded menus represent an attractive alternative to the more traditional explicit menus, particularly in touchtext, spelling checkers, language-based program editors, and graphics-based systems. © 1986, ACM. All rights reserved.
