Abstract
We report on a new paradigm of on-chip integrated nanophotonic systems comprising regular arrays of spectrally uniform mesa-top single quantum dot (MTSQD) single photon sources (SPS) and dielectric building block based multifunctional light manipulating passive elements aimed at optical quantum information processing.
