An increasingly important requirement of grids deployed in commercial environments is their ability to support service-level agreements. Service-level agreements impose unique requirements on commercial grid infrastructures. Specifically, they emphasize the need for a dynamic offload infrastructure. This paper examines the requirements on a grid's infrastructure to support SLAs and describes a prototypes implementation that satisfies them.
