A hybrid resonant device for low temperature magnetic experiments was fabricated. The resonator used a 220 νm diameter coil resonating with a short section of microstripline, and contained superconducting materials for reducing microwave losses. Studies showed that good impedance matching and high critical currents in the materials increased the efficiency of the resonator.
