Zeeman splitting of excitons in GaP(Bi)

Abstract

We report the Zeeman splitting in fields up to 90 kGauss of the recombination radiation from excitons bound to neutral Bi impurities in GaP. The spectra are isotropic at high fields and yield g1 = 1.8 ± 0.05 for the electron and g2 = 0.61±0.05 for the hole. © 1974.
