Prof. Dr. Alexander Ziegler           

Alex is Program Director - Training, Skills & Credentials at IBM. His focus is business development and innovation in training delivery and sales to drive product adoption and technology acceptance of IBMs Technologies like Hybrid Cloud, Security and AI. Alex has worked in the IT Education industry for more than 25 years and for the last  15 years his focus has been on the development of training strategies to drive successful product adoption in IBM. Alex is also responsible for IBM’s Certification and Digital Badging Program, which has received multiple industry awards. As well as working for IBM, Alex lectures at the Fresenius University of Applied Science on Business Administration and Digital Transformation.
