My research focuses on HPC technologies for computational physics. I am most interested in finding novel fine-grained parallel algorithms to battle the end of Moore's Law.
- Assisting Center for Accelerated Application Readiness (CAAR) projects for adaptation on upcoming supercomputer "Summit" in Oak Ridge National Laboratory
- Designing fine-grained algorithms for GPU adaptation of scientific HPC applications
- Facilitating inter-institutional R&D efforts between IBM, Nvidia and ORNL for upcoming deployment of Summit
- Provide insights on scientific applications to facilitate the design of future IBM HPC systems
