Petar Ristoski is a Research Staff Member in the Computer Science Department at the Almaden Research Center. As part of his work, he conducts research in Artificial Intelligence with an emphasis on Neural Networks and Semantic Technologies. His research involves discovering fundamental principles and implementing prototype systems that can be used to understand, analyze, and manage human text as well as colaborating with human experts to train more capable Cognitive Systems.
Dr. Petar Ristoski obtained his Bachelor’s equivalent diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at the Ss. Cyril and Methody University, Skopje, Macedonia, in 2011, and a Master’s degree in Computer Networks and e-Technologies from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at the Ss. Cyril and Methody University, Skopje, Macedonia, in 2013. Dr. Petar Ristoski was awarded his PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Mannheim, Germany, in 2018.
