Annie K Abay           

Annie Abay is a Research Software Engineer, and a member of the AI Security and Privacy Solutions team at IBM's Almaden Research Center in San Jose, CA. Her primary research interests are in AI ethics and policy, and she is currently exploring bias detection and mitigation methods within machine learning.

Annie received her bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Neuroscience in June of 2019. She focused in both cognitive and computational neuroscience, as well as developmental psychology.
