I am currently a Researcher in IBM Research - India. Before IBM, I worked as a Research Fellow in NUS. I received my B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, India in 2004 and my PhD (under supervision of Prof Chan Mun Choon) from National University of Singapore in 2014.
During my PhD tenure, I was part of Communication and Internet Research group and have worked on research problems related to data retrieval in constrained mobile networks and audio and sensor applications in smart devices, and my projects were associated with the following research groups: SeSaMe, Jiku, SMART FUM.
My current research interest has been to leverage smart devices to build useful collaborative IoT applications which operate in dynamic and infrastructure-less environments.
