Short Bio

Toshiyuki Hama is a Research Staff Member in the Analytics & Optimization Group at IBM Research – Tokyo. As an expert of Operations Research, he served as a technical lead of PDOS projects with major steel manufacturers in Japan and Taiwan and helped to address client requirements and pain points of those clients. He has received his BS and MS degrees in Electric & Electronic Engineering from Tokyo University.
