Parul Awasthy           

Parul Awasthy is a Researcher at IBM Research AI. She works in the Multilingual Natural Language Processing Group in IBM Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY. Her work focuses on Multilingual Information Extraction. Her other research interests are question answering and machine learning. She has lead and participated in competitions like TAC and DARPA programs like KAIROS.

Parul has a MS in Machine Learning from Georgia Institute of Technology. She has interned with IBM Research Almaden in the Medical Sieve group.
