I became an IBMer on october 6 2008. I work in the nanofabrication group at IBM's Almaden Research Center in San Jose CA. I design fabrication processes for prototype nanoscale devices and processes to help evaluate materials generated by our outstanding synthesis groups. I am responsible for our DUV lithography efforts, our Reactive Ion Etch capabilities, and I sneak in a few electron beam lithography runs when no one is looking.
