IBM Research Division Master Inventor Senior Engineer Manager for Heterogeneous Integration Process Technology Research IBM Research Artificial Intelligence Hardware Center This includes 2.5D, and 3D chip-level and wafer-level integration and advanced microelectronics packaging, with focus on high-bandwidth, low-latency system integration and packaging of various types of microchips for the enablement of systems optimized for artificial intelligence (AI) workloads, machine learning, and neuromorphic computing.

Northeast Advanced Technological Education Center (NEATEC)
Industry Advisory Board Member
8/2011 - Present
Industry Advisory Board Member Curricular Module Committee Member The Northeast Advanced Technological Education Center (NEATEC) is an ATE Regional Center funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Our long-term goal of this planning proposal will be to establish the Tech Valley ATE Center for Semiconductor and Nanotechnology Workforce Development, led by Hudson Valley Community College, whose mission will be to bring together business, educators, and government in a collaborative effort to build a highly-skilled technical workforce to meet the soon-to-be burgeoning employment demands of these rapidly growing industries in our region. When fully implemented, this Center will deliver cutting-edge educational and training programs, coordinate student recruitment and cooperative employment opportunities, research emerging workforce trends and training needs, and disseminate findings and best practices for the benefit of its partners, the regional economy as a whole, and other communities seeking answers for similar challenges.

Excelsior College
Industry Advisory Committe Member & Adjunct Faculty
4/2006 - Present
Industry Advisory Committee Member/Chair & Adjunct Faculty Electronics Engineering and General technology School of Business and Technology Excelsior College provides educational opportunity to adult learners with an emphasis on those historically underrepresented in higher education. The College meets students where they are - academically and geographically, offering quality instruction and the assessment of learning.
