Terence Hook has been with IBM since 1980, after receiving his Sc. B. from Brown University. He earned his Ph.D. in EE from Yale University in 1986. While at IBM he has worked on technology integration and device design for bipolar, BiCMOS, and CMOS technologies from two micron to 15nm. Some of his particular special interests are process-induced charging and power-limited technology design. He has authored many conference and journal papers and holds several dozen patents. He is currently a Senior Technical Staff Member in the Semiconductor Research and Development Center, dividing his time between Essex Junction, Vermont and East Fishkill, New York
