5 IBM Researchers named IEEE Fellow    (up to IBM Research Computer Science Blog)

Yixin Diao, Hui Lei, Mehmet Soyuer, and Alvin Jospeh all of the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, and Ernest Wu, of IBM Research in Vermont, were recently named IEEE Fellows for 2016. The IEEE confers the title of Fellow upon a person of outstanding and extraordinary qualifications and experience in IEEE-designated fields, who has made important individual contributions to one or more of those fields.
