Communications & Networking (discontinued) - overview
IBM Research has had a long history of significant contributions in the field of communications and networking. Our current and past research activities explore wide-ranging issues in signal processing, optical networks, wireless and cellular networks, data center networks, policy-based network and security management, network analytics and network applications (reliable multicast, VoIP, etc.).
IBM Research participates in various consortium of leading academic, industry and government partners to perform research on network centric systems.
