Smarter business solutions - overview
The typical IT customer is changing, as new members of the c-suite, such as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), become consumers of IT products and services. Our work on smarter business solutions is addressing this shift. Current projects target the development of assets and services addressing several topics, including modeling broad scope risk for financial institutions; developing analytics capabilities to support marketing and selling based on deep insights into customer opinions, desires, and relationships; developing approaches to deliver front-office solutions based on insights generated from the wealth of back-office enterprise data; and supporting decision making in complex situations. The common threads tying all of these projects together are a sharp focus on core business problems and the use of deep analytics technology to provide our customers with insight that can help them take informed action to improve the operation of their business.
