Welcome to the home page for the 2014 Northern California (NorCal) Database Day. This is a single-day, workshop-style event where participants from academia and industry in Northern California meet to present ideas and discuss their research and experiences. This event is free and open to anyone, however, registration is required by April 11. Please use access code 2014norcal when registering.
The event will feature invited talks by Lise Getoor, UC Santa Cruz, Sekar Krishnamurthy, IBM Research, Dan Olteanu, University of Oxford and LogicBlox and Chris Re, Stanford University. There will also be a student poster session - please let firstname.lastname@example.org know if you will be bringing a poster for the afternoon session.
