User Experience Accomplishment | 2008

IBM researchers: Hironobu Takagi, Daisuke Sato, Shinya Kawanaka, Masatomo Kobayashi, Takashi Itoh, Chieko Asakawa

Where the work was done: IBM Tokyo Lab

What we accomplished: The researchers are responsible for an epoch-making project that allows an open community to fix accessibility problems on any Web page. The work has had an impact on successive crowdsourcing-based accessibility solutions inside and outside IBM.
