Workboards: Collaborative Workspaces for Meetings - overview

Workboards supports users in their project management tasks by providing a collaborative web-based interface where users can interact with documents, notes, todos, and people spatially.

Users can quickly enter notes on a two-dimensional layout in free-form, promote them to todos and documents as they formalize their work, aggregate them into lists and other spatial arrangements, query for and navigate to information by leveraging spatial memory, and collaborate with each other synchronously and asynchronously.

Projects have an overview board where users can access all project-related information and map relationships between people, documents, and tasks spatially and a status board to help users track work progress, access project-related email conversations, and manage updates during and in-between meetings.
