Dr. Vinayaka Pandit, STSM and Senior Manager, IBM Research India.
Dr. Vinayaka leads the Blockchain and Supply Chain Research strategies for IBM Research. His current work in blockchain and supply chain research brings advanced techniques from operations research, cryptography, security, machine learning, and blockchain together to enable privacy preserving collaboration on multi-enterprise business networks. Vinayaka started his career in IBM Research in 1999 as a research staff member with a focus on approximation algorithms and combinatorial optimization. His work during this time resulted in some of the classic results in facility location, local search heuristics, scheduling, and network designs. Vinayaka obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Dr. Richa Singh, Professor and Head at the department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT-Jodhpur, and also an Adjunct Professor with IIIT-Delhi and West Virginia University, USA
She is a fellow of IEEE and IAPR. Her areas of interest are pattern recognition, machine learning, and biometrics. She was a recipient of the Kusum and Mohandas Pai Faculty Research Fellowship at the IIIT-Delhi, the FAST Award by the Department of Science and Technology, India, and several best paper and best poster awards in international conferences. She has also served as the Program Committee Co-Chair for IJCB 2020, AFGR2019 and BTAS 2016; and the General Co-Chair for ISBA 2017. She is currently serving as the Program Co-Chair for CVPR 2022 and General Co-Chair for FG2021. She is also the Vice President (Publications) of the IEEE Biometrics Council and an Associate Editor-in-Chief of Pattern Recognition. Richa received her Ph.D. in computer science from West Virginia University, USA, in 2008.

Dr. Geetha Manjunath, Founder, CEO and CTO of NIRAMAI Health Analytix
She has led the company to develop a breakthrough AI solution for detecting early stage breast cancer in a non-invasive radiation-free manner. Geetha holds a PhD from IISc and management education from Kellogg’s Chicago. She comes with over 25 years of experience in IT innovation. She has proposed and led multiple AI projects at Xerox Research and Hewlett Packard India. Before starting NIRAMAI, Geetha was a Lab Director for Data Analytics Research at Xerox India. Geetha has received many international and national recognition for her innovations and entrepreneurial work, including CSI Gold Medal, BIRAC WinER Award 2018 and is also on the Forbes List of Top 20 Self-Made Women 2020. She was recently awarded the Accenture Vahini Innovator of the Year Award from Economic Times and Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by BioSpectrum India. Geetha is also an inventor of 16 US patents and more pending grant.

Ms. Meenakshi Srinivasan, Partner & Global Practice Leader for DevSecOps, IBM Global Business Services
In her current role, she runs some of the most strategic portfolios within IBM Hybrid Cloud Services, such as DevSecOps, AIOps, FinOps among others. She is an IBM veteran with over 2 decades of dynamic career in the organization with exemplary achievements across departments. She currently leads a global practice of over 5000 practitioners specialized in advanced solutions to manage a wide variety of hybrid cloud workloads. She has been a huge advocate of providing advanced technology and process solutions ‘as-a-service’ to ensure maximum client value. She is a proponent of a platform approach to DevOps and DevSecOps, which is well recognized as the NextGen of DevSecOps by leading analysts. She has led many large scale client transformations by helping formulate strategies for scaled adoption of agile and DevOps solutions. Meenakshi has also been a pillar of support for various internal transformations and portfolio integrations within IBM, that has led to the current maturity of the overall IBM capabilities in the area of Hybrid Cloud Manage services. She is a strong proponent of end-to-end DevOps, which has been accepted across our clients as well as market analysts as the “right approach” to DevOps Transformation.
