Workshop dates: October 17, 2014
IBM will provide a flat rate reimbursement to all invited students for travel, hotel or any other expenses depending on the distance:
Tier 1: $450. Up to 300 miles by road
Tier 2: $600. Between 300 and 600 miles
Tier 3: $750. Over 600 miles as the crow flies
IBM will further pay for lunch and dinner on workshop day.
We will also send you a group discount code for a hotel in the proximity of IBM Research.
Note: each participating student should either: (1) get a copy of the signed video release form to their host soon or (2) let their host know that they do not want to be in the recording.
