I am a Advisory Research Scientist at IBM India Research Labs (IRL), India. I am currently working with the Impact Sciences group at IRL. My current work spans different aspects of Agribusiness including building innovative solutions using satellite, weather, and IoT data and machine learning to estimate the health, yield and quality of crops and, working directly with clients to achieve their objectives of optimizing their agribusiness operations. My research interests are broadly in the areas of data analytics, machine learning, and optimization.
With the guidance of Prof. Sujit Dey, I obtained my Ph.D. from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2017. My thesis topic was on “Green Cellular Networks through QoS Aware Dynamic Base Station - Mobile Device Reconfiguration”.
